Firstly, we wanted to find a promise, that would get a response from small business representatives and make a connection between bank and business not only financial, but also emotional. Meaning to say, that the bank is in the same social and mental field with the client, thinks about him and is proud of his success. “Rosbank respects and approves people, that make successful business with their own hands”. Such people are used to rely on themselves, but support from bank – including moral – will not be excess, it will be significant”.
Visually we showed this idea about approval and support of self-employed entrepreneurs with “likes” from Rosbank to the selfies, made by businessmen in the atmosphere of their business, in words – with the general slogan “Like to your business” and the supporting one – “We value independence, we help the success”.
