In 2020 we designed the logo and corporate identity for RBI's HR project. On the eve of 2022 the company turned to us with the same task.

The Year of Trust

"Nomination of the Year" — is RBI's HR instrument, which helps to expose employees to the main corporate message of the coming year.

In 2022 the company decided to convey the idea of trust to the team. The goal is to learn to trust and be trustworthy, to expand their personal circle of trust. The super-task is to increase the level of trust of clients to the company, improve the atmosphere at workplaces, unite the team, keep a good psycho-emotional balance of each employee.

Everything spins when we're together

Our designers created a concept with an active motivational charge. The basic idea: trust is when everything is hand in hand and as one. With a handshake begins and continues our circle and our movement.

The symbol that gives the associative series was the windwheel. Its elements are inextricably linked, it is the only way the entire structure can work. This idea carries over to the image of the collective and the common work: the higher the level of trust, the stronger the connection and more coordinated the movement.

The design is based on a light style that is fresh, cheerful, and very friendly. The main characters here are, of course, people: colleagues, friends, comrades - guides to the world of trust. The characters touch, interact, creating a picture of tactfulness, openness, and friendly support.

We developed a series of stories in which our characters communicate, pass, and accept the baton, drink tea, discuss work issues, congratulate each other on holidays, and the like. So, we reflected and emphasized the idea of convergence, confidence in each other, lively relations in the RBI's team. This idea is supported by the style of illustrations: warm colors, informal images, kraft textures.

The final stage of the project was the adaptation of the identity to different media: diaries with useful tips, calendars, and postcards.

As a result, we got a very emotional project about trust, which is an important aspect of work and life in general.
