Our project to update the visual concept of the Federal Freight Company was at the final stage, when the company offered us to issue its annual report using the new identity. From the very beginning of work, we came to the conclusion, that only a new variety of geometric style-building elements is sufficient in the design of the report. Other, additional expressive means such as photoimages are not required – they are simply superfluous in this case. The result of this approach was a document linking in design laconism with dynamics and mobility (and the theme of vigorous movement is indicated primarily in the general slogan of the FGC). The company identity illustrates here the topics of the sections and supports the submission of charts and diagrams – it seamlessly blended in the context and content of the annual report of the Federal Freight Company.
